Terms and Conditions
1. Dream Haus Staging requires this written notice 7 business days prior to the requested destage date or a $500 rush fee is applied.
2. Dream Haus Staging is authorized to destage the home up to closing day based on geographical scheduling.
3. It is the intention of Dream Haus Staging to destage the property as close to closing day as possible. This allows for any sudden contract changes that might affect the date of close.
4. In the event that Dream Haus Staging is not informed of the closing date and the new owner possesses the property with our inventory still in place, the payor assumes responsibility for all inventory replacement cost.
5. I confirm no decorative items will be left in the property other than Dream Haus Staging inventory in order to expedite removal.
